Modern'Hotel je zvláštní hotel. Rodinný, s přátelským líným psem na recepci. Část pokojů je situována okolo dvorku, takže se do nich musí jít přes ten dvůr. Personál je přátelský.

Topení v pokoji netopilo, v koupelně pouze trochu. Místo světla v koupelně pouze žárovka. Dveře do pokoje šly obtížně zamykat, spíš nešly zamykat vůbec. První den jsem v pokoji ani neměl ručník.
